All current clients with an active Maintenance and Support Agreement may login to HelpDesk to log tickets (for maintenance or other support issues) or view our KnowledgeBase for immediate assistance on issues.
If you are looking for support and are not under an annual support agreement, you will need to purchase a 2 hour block of support points for $240 ($300 for non-hosting clients). You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request an invoice for the points, which you can then pay online. Once you have prepaid for support points you will receive login information and may proceed to HelpDesk for assistance.
For a more long-term solution, you can purchase an Annual Maintenance Agreement. Select 'Maintenance' for further details.
